Entirely industry based and delivered by confirmed professionals, the Advanced Performing Arts Program includes advanced training in all the main core units such as Acting, Vocal Training, Theatre Jazz, Tap, Ensemble and Musical Theatre; but also adds hours of training in Career and Industry units such as Stage Combat, Acros, Aerial, Make up & hair, Career management, Sound & Lighting, & Production management…

QUALIFICATION
Upon completion of their ADVANCED PERFORMING ARTS PROGRAM, students will be receive their Certificate of Achievement from LVBA and will also have the opportunity to sit for the prestigious Trinity College of London Licentiate Diploma in Musical Theatre (LTCL).
Trinity College London is an exam board regulated by the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual). Trinity liaises with education authorities around the world to ensure that our candidates’ achievements are recognised. These arrangements vary from country to country, depending on the subject area and the type of qualifications concerned.
This exam is NOT MANDATORY and entirely the student’s choice. Students can study the full Year 2 course with us without having to sit the exam.
The LTCL Exam triggers an additional fee not included in the course.
REQUIREMENTS
– Admission are upon auditions ONLY.
LVBA students who have already undertaken a Diploma in Musical Theatre with LVBA do not need to audition)
– Applicants must 17 or over by the time the course starts
– Applicants must have undertaken at least a Certificate IV in Musical theatre or a Diploma of Musical Theatre to enrol in this course

Knowledge: To become a Professional performer, one needs to KNOW what they’re doing and why they’re doing it. That’s why, at LVBA, we ensure that our students receive the Theoretical Knowledge necessary for the foundation of their performance.
Skills: Knowing what to do is one thing. Being able to do it is another. To become a professional performer one need the Technical skills. At LVBA, we make sure to help our students develop and expand their physical, vocal and musical capabilities.
Mindset: The Performing Arts are a very competitive and tough industry. Professional performers are often asked to work 10-12 hours a day; they perform at the highest level 8 shows per week for month on end. Career Opportunities
By completing this course:
Students have the opportunity to apply as actors, vocalists, dancers and Musical Theatre performers to professional paid positions in Musical Theatre, Theatre, Film/TV, Cruises, Festivals, Councils/Government Events, and/or tertiary and private teaching institutions.
Graduated students also have to opportunity to work as Producers, Production Assistants, Tour managers, Venue Managers, Talent developers, Agents.
